Materialisation in Hertfordshire

UK devotee, Roshni writes about the materialisation of Kumkum, ( processed turmeric powder) on the Sri Ganesha Deity,  on the 5th of November in Hertfordshire

The night after all participants from the level one Inner Awakening program  had left, in the early hours of the morning, immediately after Puja, Ma Atmadayaki was cleaning up her puja tray and deities as usual.. but something unusual caught her attention. "Has anyone spilt kumkum powder around...?" she asked as she held and peered at the Ganesha deity...and searched the floor of the livingroom.
Defensively I replied,   "No, I put some on before puja and was very careful with the lid and not to make mess." (I knew my conscience was clear!)
She continued to peer at the deity from all angles, inspecting it like a crime investigation scene and said,"Well there's Kumkum on Ganesha."
We both  immediately looked at my mum: "Muuum?!"   "Ma Luxmi?!...Did you spill kumkum powder on Ganesha or around anywhere?!"
Mum entered the room & replied to protest her innocence, "No I haven't touched Kumkum today but me and Lizzie did hold him yesterday and I did put my forehead against his feet.."
"No Ma..." Ma Atmadayaki replied, "The Kumkum hasn't been  smudged on Ganesha it has appeared on Ganesha. It hasn't been sprinkled, nor is it smudged, only the bottom part where Roshni  pressed the flowers up against him during Puja this morning and we did Abishakem (bathing and pouring water devotionally onto the deities in big tub of water) after you and Liz held him, so he was totally clean.I would have noticed if he had kumkum on him. He didn't have any on him before or during  the puja."
We all inspected the deity and the room scrupulously & wide-eyed.   "Not sprinkled....not traces of haphazard falling...specific round balls in specific locations... one little ball by his right foot,  one exactly in the centre of his navel one on the centre of his trunk and tons just below his feet...hmmmm"
Mum's eyes widened:  " I did invite him to dance with us in my mind, within my heart during Darshan when we were all merrymaking."
Then a flash back of Swamiji's voice echoed in my memory from the previous Inner Awakening program;  "I'll make materialisation happen in all cities!".
Ma Atmadayaki  calmly said... : "yes I heard Swamiji also say that I have a strong feeling this could be materialisation."

Ma Atmadayaki immediately took forensic evidence through her camera phone and sent the photos and an email to the Ashram  for confirmation whether it was materialisation or not.
A few days later, early morning, as I stumbled down the stairs blurry-eyed, mum passed me the phone eagerly it was Ma Atmadayaki.  Ma, Bidadi  have got back to me and Swamiji himself has confirmed  it was materialisation. He made it happen"

There really wasn't much more to say. Seeing is Believing!!  Immediately I was humbled by the entire happening, I'd always wanted something like this to happen and finally, it had.  I then shrieked in excitement and jumped around: "I can't believe it! Oh my god!"
My  faith in my guru and his identity was growing ever clearer and stronger. I wish more people had been around to see it happen but this is an experience one must live for themselves.
Materialisation does happen.  Some call it miracles, Swamiji says materialisation is just a science of energy.
This is just again, another example of the enchantment of life,  of the reality of Swamiji's teachings of the science of kundalini, the self and energy and of course of the power and sincerity of Swamiji Nithyananda.

Connecting with the Divine through Puja

Ma Atmadayaki one of Swamiji's devotees from London writes about her experience of connecting to Swamiji through Pada Puja.

In April this year I was clear pada puja was not on the top of my list of priorities. I felt I had limited time and pursuing the path of puja was not an option......even on the day I was leaving for Bidadi I was clear there was no room for my puja kit in my luggage.....then I got to Bidadi and the first day I sat in puja without a kit...I clearly saw my inauthenticity and lack of the moment I saw that I decided I will do puja everyday....even though i did not have a kit and neither did the swamiji's presence declarations have power....kit manifested...all through my stay in Bidadi..puja items came to me...from that begining in april this year to November this year just this weekend I have seen so many lives around me connect to pada puja in the morning...even though it is 1.30 am in the morning in UK...I have witnessed lives create their own puja kits and do puja with pure excitement. My joy doubles everytime and trebles everytime I witness a new life just immerse in devotion....its strengthens me with devotion...In my inner space I can see a huge get together in one place and everyone with their own kit joyfully immersed in Pada Puja......just lost in Devotion and enjoying time with Swamiji getting clicks and tranforming every time. I have even witnessed my dad participating in Pada puja in the are just some of the pics from the journey....gosh there are so many more...Deep gratitude to Swamiji for this journey.

Journey of Miracles

One of Swamiji's devotees and Nithyananda Meditation Academy trustee, Thuvesa Kevin Padayachi shares his incredible experience of enriching and being enriched in the UK and South Africa. Regular monthly Satsangs are held at the London Temple and  to have Darshan of Maha Kaala Bhairavan at any other time please contact us.

During the Dec IA 2012, Swamiji after many months of contemplation and consideration gave London their spiritual name - London Kashi.

 -  A bit about Kashi, it is now known as Varanasi, the holiest city in all of India with its multitude of temples and majestic scenery of water, breathtaking sunrises and orange sky'ed sunsets,  always radiating and echoeing the sounds of mantras, pujas and prayer bells.  -

Swamiji not only delivered the auspicious name, in his grand style he also offered the very powerful Maha Kala Bhairava Maala adorned with Rudraksh and skull type figures.

He said, ' take this... it will create miracles and healing wherever it is needed.'  And that is the start of my journey, the journey of miracles...
Since bringing the Maala back to London, many people have come for the blessings (darshan) of Maha Kaala Bhairavan. People have been saved from actual attempts at suicide, freed from the anguish and pain caused by Cancer, freed people from serious financial difficulty, accidents and many more. I now wish I did keep a diary to remind me of the wonders.

During Easter 2013, I felt a strong urge to talk Maha Kaala Bhairavan to South Africa, my country of birth. I decided for the first time to use this trip only to serve the poor, sick, needy and anyone who was not happy. Well, needless to say, I was busy to such points where I had not slept for 36-40 hours at times, going from town to town allowing Swamiji to use me as an instrument of his healing and miracles. This caused a huge wave of curiosity, spiritual yearning and most importantly a thirst for more... more knowledge, more spirituality and more methods to live better lives. Never, have I experienced such shifts in others and myself. I was bursting with energy, unconditional LOVE, wisdom beyond my age and healing that was delivered at the right time, frequency and quantity to bring about hope to a nation ridden with crime and fear.
I yearn for my next visit which I know will be more explosive than the last. People contact me almost daily asking when Swamiji himself or the Maala will be coming to bless their sacred land, South Africa and heal it so that every man, woman and child can live in Bliss.

London Kashi

In December 2012, Paramahamsa Nithyananda blessed London with the Spiritual name of Kashi.

Kashi (“the luminous one”) is another name for the holy city of Varanasi on the banks of the river Ganges. It is one of seven sacred cities in Hinduism. It is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and the oldest in India. There are 15,000 verses in the Skanda Purana vedic text describing the glory of the city. It was historically a centre of literature, art, culture and learning. Lord Shiva is said to have described Kashi as follows: "The three worlds form one city of mine, and Kashi is my royal palace therein."

Lord Kaala Bhairava is a manifestation of Lord Shiva and is the Lord of Kashi. Kaala Bhairava is the lord of time space. Kalashtami / Bhairavashtami, is the most auspicious day dedicated to Lord Kaala Bhairava, commemorating the day He appeared on earth (in 2013, the day falls on 23 November).

Lord Kala Bhairava is also known as Kshetrapalaka, the guardian of the temple. In honor of this, keys to the temple are ceremonially submitted to Lord Kaala Bhairava at temple closing times and are received from him at opening time. The vahana (vehicle) of Lord Kaala Bhairava is the dog. Feeding and taking care of dogs is another way of showing devotion to Lord Kaala Bhairava.

Healing Night - London College of Spirituality

posted 15 Mar 2013, 08:50 by Sri Nithya Atmeshwaran   [ updated 4 Aug 2013, 09:05 by Ma Nirvikalpini Nithya ]

On the 17th October 2012  we had a very special opportunity to conduct meditation and give Nithya Spiritual Healing to a large group of people in London. The London College of Spirituality kindly gave us this opportunity.

Dheera was to lead the group and together with 3 other Nithya Spiritual Healers to give healing to all present. We had a quick meeting while the room, beautifully laid with candles and fairy lights, began to fill up. In our meeting we decided how we would manage to heal the whole room in under 1.5 hours.

The background music got the soft healing vibes going and then we began the session after a few announcements. As a team we were so excited to be doing this, so we started giving healing to the 76 people in the room one by one. We gave two rounds of healing to the whole group, had a 10 minute break and then started a longer session on each individual. By the end of our healing sessions I turned back and took a moment to witness what was happening. There was deep silence and there was oneness in the room, each person and as a collective including the healers were soaked in bliss, a higher consciousness space. It was one of the most beautiful moments of my life to see such love and compassion in the room. A glimpse into what is possible for all of us all of the time. I cannot express in words the deep joy I felt from this experience. Gratitude to all who made themselves available on the evening of 17th October at the London College of Spirituality Meetup.

Mind Body & Soul Festival

posted 14 Mar 2013, 18:22 by Sri Nithya Atmeshwaran   [ updated 4 Aug 2013, 09:06 by Ma Nirvikalpini Nithya ]

September 30th 2012 - The preparations for the World Tour continue and the momentum seems to be picking up. We are sharing more intensely about Swamiji with everyone and enjoying being together as volunteers. One of the places we decided to share about The World Tour was at The Mind Body and Soul event from the 28th to the 30th September.

This is the first time Life Bliss UK was exhibiting at an event like Mind Body and Soul. Our main aim was to share about the World Tour and to give Free Healing to everyone interested.

I was personally very excited about giving healing.  As an initiated Nithya healer this my favourite gift to give to people around me. Anytime, anywhere nithya spiritual healing is for free.

I had no idea what to expect from the 3 days I was going to be there.  I got there with a bunch of orange roses for the stand on the Friday morning at 11.00am and helped set up the stand.  As the incense gently spread through the air I waited for the first person to come along that I could share with. That moment came and after that before I knew, it was 3.45pm and then the first break I took was at 5.05 and another few minutes later the day was done. We were packing up at 6.30pm. The day was so fulfilling that time had passed by like a breeze. Seeing people completely relax within a few minutes that too in a busy exhibition was a treat to watch. Everyone looked more radiant and reported feeling incredibly relaxed after the 5 to 10 min session with us. Some did not want to open their eyes as they were so happy to be in that bliss filled state.

Between the two of us we had given free healing to 56 people that day.  No wonder time passed by so fast and the next two days passed by just as fast. Some of them had tears rolling down their eyes and some just had a deep bliss filled smile. The tears were filled with joy as if they had finally gotten something they had been looking for. To be there for me was such an amazing honour. We healed a further 68 people on day 2 and day 3 as well I was just buzzing with energy. There were more healers at the stand and more people attended the event. At the end of the 3 days we had given healing to 210 people.

It has been one of the most rewarding tasks I have ever participated in. So much so that I am inspired to create a Healing centre in the centre of London. I see a space for people to be able to come and drop in any time to get healing for free. A space where mind, body and soul can get replenished, rejuvenated and realigned.

Nirahara Samyama - Living Without Food but Not Fasting

posted 14 Mar 2013, 17:48 by Sri Nithya Atmeshwaran   [ updated 4 Aug 2013, 09:07 by Ma Nirvikalpini Nithya ]

Yogis have for centuries lived without food, gaining health, longevity, energy and higher consciousness. NOW IS YOUR TIME TO LEARN!"  -Paramahamsa Nithyananda

Living Without Food

Over the last few months Swamiji has initiated hundreds of devotees worldwide into Nirahara Samyama (1) - a yogic meditation process for freedom from hunger and thirst. The process is not a diet or fast. It is designed to awaken your bio memory to produce energy by itself without any food being fed into your system.

The process is 20 days, ( with 2, one day breaks ) , with no food and just a little juice. Those who are successful in this can go onto do a 21 day Samyama (2) -  that is 21 days without food  and with no breaks, that takes place in Swamiji's physical presence , The result of the second process is that participants loose the need or desire for food altogether.

To participate in the Nirahara Samyama(1), initiates had to be in Swamijis presence physically or virtually , ( via  a 2 way video call ) , for a special meditation daily. Swamiji made it very clear that if one's body was showing signs of hunger then the initiate should eat and stop the Samyama.

Hundreds of participants have reported back that the during the Nirahara Samyama:
  • food cravings drop away
    Visit for more details
  • they feel years younger
  • being more active
  • increased stamina
  • more energy than when dieting or fasting
  • insights into bad eating habits
  • weight loss where excess weight is a problem.
